ONE PRICE BLINDS POLICIES & WARRANTY
All our blinds are custom-made to order, please make sure that you follow our measuring and installation instructions. It is also very important that you review and respond to our “Order Confirmation” email, to make sure that what you ordered is exactly what you want. We understand that we can all make mistakes which is why we will help you every step of the way to avoid errors when ordering.
OPB Basic Warranty
This warranty is extended FREE of charge to all our customers (the original purchaser). It applies to properly installed blinds, for the original window, and by providing proof of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Materials, operating mechanisms (including cords), and other parts are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Manufacturer’s defects and/or shipping damage (this must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your product).
What is NOT Covered:
- Product malfunction due to any of the following:
- Improper installation, operation, or cleaning
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture
- Improper cleaning and maintenance
- Product alteration or modification of any kind
- Intentional or inadvertent damage (by children or pets)
- Products that exceed size recommendations are not within product specifications.
Promotional Codes, Discounts and Coupons exemptions
- Limit to one discount per order per household. Code must be used in one transaction. Coupons or Codes are not redeemable for cash. Offer is valid while supplies last or until the expiration date of the offer. Discounts or Coupons may not be applied to sales tax. Promotional offers may be terminated at any time without notice
Sitewide Exclusions
- We reserve the right to promote selected products. Discounts or Coupons may not be valid on all products we offer.
Custom Made Order
- All products on this website are custom-made to order. Production begins within 24 hours from when you place your order. We will be pleased to cancel or change an order if it has not been submitted to our production department. Please contact our customer care department info@onepriceblinds.com to process any changes or cancellations
- Address changes will not be accepted once your product is shipped.
Color Disclaimer
- As a result of variances among color monitors, the color displayed may not be an exact match. If the color you want is an important factor, we strongly suggest that you order a FREE color swatch before you place your order.
Freight or Shipping Damages or Missing Components
- Once you receive your order make sure to inspect all boxes carefully and immediately note any observed damage and report it to the delivery driver, we also encourage you to take pictures of the damages. Any damages or missing components must be reported to our customer care department within 7 days of receiving your order.
- In the event a component necessary to install the blind is missing contact us and we will re-ship any missing parts.
OPB Shipping Policies
- When free shipping is part of the offer, this will only apply to the contiguous 48 states. Those living in Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for an estimate of shipping cost.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or overseas military bases (APO/FPO)
- No change of address once we shipped your product
- Any blind wider than 96” is considered “oversized” and will carry a $60 per blind surcharge.
Other Policies
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express online. Cashier’s checks, personal checks and money orders must be mailed to our office before your order can be started. All orders paid by check will require a holding period of 5-7 calendar days for your check to clear before the order is put into production. In some cases, coupon discounts may be offered via coupon codes; note that only one coupon code may be used per order. In the unlikely event that there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct the pricing. You will have the option to cancel the order or pay the correct amount for the product.
Sales Tax
In compliance with state tax laws, we are required to charge state sales tax.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalize your purchase. We are happy to change or modify orders within 24 hours of the date and time the order was submitted and paid to us. Please call our Customer Service department (775) 460-0001 to process any changes or cancellations. Below are some points about how we handle cancellations and changes:
- Since production typically starts the morning after the order is placed, cancellations and changes can only be made for a period of 24 calendar hours after your online order is finalized. No cancellations are allowed after the 24 calendar hours of submission and payment of order. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing us to info@onepriceblinds.com
- Address changes are not permitted once the manufacturer has shipped your product.
- If you cancel your order during this 24-calendar hour period, we will refund your money.
- Under no circumstance can we either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 24-calendar hour period.
- On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay and a manufacturer notifies us, you will be contacted that day.
- We reserve the right to reject any order, at our discretion.
- Once installation is completed sale is final no exchanges or refunds.
- Security: One Price Blinds uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. To this end, we utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card and all personal information. As an added layer of security, your credit card information is immediately deleted from our site once your order and payment is processed. Under no circumstances will OPB ever sell your information to anyone.
- Terms of Use: This entire site or any portion of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes which is not expressly permitted by One Price Blinds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, entirely at our discretion, if we believe that any customer actions violate applicable law or it is harmful to the best interest of One Price Blinds.
